Who processes your data

This site (INFound.ai) is operated by SARL OHZ TECH, the controller of your personal data. Contact: contact@infound.ai.

What we collect

Only what you type into our forms: name, company, email, WeChat or phone, product URL, target market, funding stage and message. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.

Why

To answer your request, prepare and send your diagnosis, and schedule calls. Legal basis: steps taken at your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.

Where it is stored

Form data is stored in our Feishu (Lark) workspace. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which also sends our notification emails. These providers only process data on our instructions.

How long

Up to 3 years after our last contact, then deleted.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, or object to processing, at any time by emailing contact@infound.ai. You may also complain to the French data protection authority, CNIL (cnil.fr).
